Create a Prinatble Workbook

I need a graphic designer to take a powerpoint presentation and create a supporting workbook.

There will need to be 2 different work books created as it is two training days.

I am thinking, a copy of the slide on the top part with the bottom half lines for notes underneath. One slide and notes section per A4 page.

Slides will be provides. All done within brand supplied and a front cover.
