We're a UK property development and investment company looking for a professional, corporate email signature template for our whole team — plus we're open to our logo being refined as part of this. The template must be easy for a non-designer to update whenever someone new joins (swap in name, title, photo), and needs to display correctly in Gmail, since that's our email client. Please let us know your recommended approach for building a Gmail-compatible HTML signature. Deliverables include the master editable template, a refined logo (vector + PNG), documented brand colours, and all source files. Hi James, do you already have a company-controlled HTTPS location where the logo and staff photos can be hosted permanently, or should the signature solution include a simple image-hosting setup? This affects how reliably the Gmail signature will render and how easy it is to maintain for future starters.

To start immediately, we’d need:
the current logo source file, current signature screenshot, one sample staff photo, the exact contact details/tagline/services wording to use, and your preference on image hosting.
