Convert Existing Logo (JPEG)

We have an existing company logo available as a high-resolution JPEG file and require a professional graphic designer to recreate the logo as a fully editable vector artwork.
The objective is to create a master logo package that can be used for a wide range of branding and production purposes, including:

Scope of Work
The designer will:

Convert any text into editable text (when possible) and/or outlined vector paths.
Deliver a complete set of production-ready files.

Technical Requirements
