Convert concept into vector

I’m seeking an experienced vector illustrator to manually redraw my AI-generated journal designs as clean, editable vector artwork. Each element must be recreated by hand, without AI tracing or automated conversion, ensuring crisp, distortion-free results at any size. Please preserve the original composition, colors, and details while refining paths for a polished, print-ready finish. Deliver well-organized files in suitable formats such as SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF, along with high-resolution previews for review.
