Description
Experience Level: Entry
We have a finished booklet (approx. 12 pages) designed in PowerPoint (.pptx). We need it rebuilt as a clean, fully editable, print-ready Adobe InDesign file that matches the same layout and our house style.
"Clean and workable" is the key point. We want a proper native InDesign build we can maintain ourselves afterwards: real text frames with paragraph and character styles, master pages, linked images, and the correct fonts. Not a PDF placed as flat, uneditable images.
What you will receive
- The PowerPoint file (layout and content reference)
- Our font: Object Sans (Black, Bold, Light)
- Logo and brand colour codes (hex)
Requirements
- Match the PowerPoint layout, styling, and page order.
- Use Object Sans (Black / Bold / Light). No substitutions.
- All text is in Dutch. Place it exactly as it appears. Do not translate, rewrite, or "correct" it, and keep the punctuation as-is. If something looks like an error, flag it to us rather than changing it.
- A couple of pages contain diagram images; place these as-is, no need to redraw them.
- Set up paragraph and character styles and master pages so the file is easy for us to edit later.
Delivery
- Packaged InDesign file (INDD with all linked assets and fonts).
- A draft/preview PDF
Practical
- Deadline: before monday 24 august
- Fixed budget, see offer
- Please share a relevant print/InDesign portfolio and any questions on scope before you quote.

Hi Wesley,
Will the PowerPoint file and all original linked assets (logo, diagrams, images) be provided in their highest available quality?
Should the final InDesign package include the Object Sans font files, or will you handle font licensing and installation on your side?
Thanks! -

What final trim size and bleed would you like the InDesign file set up for, or should I match the existing PowerPoint page dimensions exactly?
