Conversion of 30 Existing Banners to Fit our Shopify Store

We need to take some existing banners from our french site and convert them into banners for our US site - which is http://www.pharmarcie.com

I am attaching example of banner before and after - although this banner involves more work than is required.

We need to:

1) Resize to 2000 x 600
2) Remove / cover any French text
3) Add the promotion that is included in the sample banner:

We have 30 of these banners that we need done immediately - you are bidding on this project of 30 banners in total.
