Company newsletter design

I run a company called ICX Limited (icx.co.uk). An external consultant has drafted a couple of newsletters (they will probably be quarterly in the future) which I want to share as PDF docs via our icx.co.uk news page and LinkedIn posts.

We need to create an ICX template for the newsletters. I've attached the first couple of newsletters, as you will see they are basic and have no branding and images that meant as guides, not for sharing externally.

Is this something you could help me with? If it is, how much would it cost?
