Club Certficate

Hi there. We are looking to inhance/modernize our club certificae. I have attached the one we have used for many years. We would like something that looks very posh and official. I have a new logo to add, but other than that the one I have attached is what we currently use. I belive there are two certficates attached. One is for young kids, so if this could be pimped also, this would be valuable.
