ANFC Legacy Event Design Brief
Event Title: Celebrating Our Legacy: Standing on the Shoulders of Giants... Sub title: A Night of Honour and Thanksgiving
Date: Saturday 3 October 2026
Time: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Venue: ANFC Church, Normanton, Derby, DE23 8RY

Purpose
To create a memorable and elegant visual identity for a special evening celebrating 30 years of ANFC, honouring the pioneers, elders and longstanding members whose faith, sacrifice and service helped build the church.
The event should reflect legacy, honour, thanksgiving, faithfulness, celebration and generational impact.
Target Audience
Current and former ANFC members, pioneers, elders, newer members, families, local community members and guests from other churches.

Required Designs
• Main event flyer
• Instagram and Facebook post
• Church screen version (16x9)
Creative Direction
The design should feel elegant, timeless, warm, prestigious and faith centred.
Confirmed colour theme: Navy and gold

Key Event Highlights that could be mentioned on the flyer
• Legacy worship
• A play celebrating the Windrush Generation by Alan Charles
• Recognition of ANFC pioneers and longstanding members
• A light meal for registered attendees
Free event. Registration is required for catering purposes.

QR code to be added.
Legacy photos to build into the the design would be shared.
Logo will be provided

Is the main flyer intended for professional print as well as digital distribution, and if so, what finished size, bleed and printer specification should we build the master artwork to

To begin immediately, we would need:
1. The final approved event wording, including any names, titles or wording that must appear exactly as supplied
2. The ANFC logo in the highest available quality, preferably a vector or transparent PNG
3. The selected legacy photographs in their original, highest-resolution files, with any priority images or captions identified
4. The confirmed QR-code destination, or the final QR-code file if already created
5. Confirmation of the required print size and specification, or confirmation that the main flyer is digital-only
6. Any preferred social-media dimensions if they differ from standard Instagram/Facebook formats
7. Confirmation of the main contact details to retain on the final artwork

Once these are received through WorkStream, we can begin immediately.
