Chinese text to be laid out into InDesign template

Design details: We have produced a handbook (large brochure) for a major event being held in Ethiopia in three weeks' time. The handbook is approximately 100 pages. I am attaching a sample of the English version of the Handbook here for reference.

We are having the text translated into Chinese in the coming days. Once we have the Chinese text, we will need a designer to flow the text into the layout. The text will be ready first thing next Monday (24 April), and our print deadline is Wednesday so we will need the job to be done by close of business on Tuesday, therefore a 48-hour turnaround.

We need someone who is skilled with the latest version of InDesign (2017 CC) to do this work, and it will be a huge advantage if are bilingual (English/Chinese) in order that you can understand and identify issues with the Chinese layout.

Please include examples of your work and details of your relevant experience in your proposal.
