I have a brochure designed in illustrator, Illustrator file and links will be provided to winning bid. Client has added changes in the attached PDF, lease check all changes as most are graphical changes. Have a look over and give a detailed proposal please.
The most important thing is to make sure this ends up as a quality publication but as usual on a tight deadline.

Hi Craig, are you open to hourly rate, because these type of changes sometimes take a lot more additional time than estimated?
