Can someone photoshop a picture of my boss for his birthday?

Hi!

My boss turns 60 years old this Wednesday. He will back at work this Thursday, and I want to give him a gift.
I'm new at my work, but it seems like he has a great sense of humour!

I work at a real estate company, which manages a lot of property (on a local scale). My boss has owned this company for many years, and built it from the ground up.

What I want to do is to take a picture of the town where we work, and then I want someone to photoshop his head onto someone who's either riding a big and scary fire-breathing dragon - or my boss as a knight in shining armor on top of a white horse rearing (on 2/4 legs). - Whatever's the easiest! The message is him being some sort of mythical hero.

I want the quality so good that I can print this out on atleast A3-size. And the print will be the gift! Also - this has to be done before this Thursday (June 27th).

I'm pretty sure I can provide hi-res picture of the town, but I think I only have pictures of him that are OK in quality - maybe not super hi-res.

This job doesn't have to be fancy - he will probably never hang this on the wall.
