CAD drawings for listed building

This is an interior design job in a listed building. I have CAD files for the existing house plans, these need to be changed to reflect new plans which only currently exist in pdf format. Once this is done I will need some changes made to the new plans for submission to planning. The timeline on this is less than a week.
After this there will be more work, like cabinetry, lighting, joinery details, but for this the timeline is much more relaxed!
Are you happy to draw up things from a sketch? Speed greatly appreciated.
