Brochure type document with design required

I am looking at creating a coaching course to train people in law which will have a brochure sent each month to explain a concept, show examples, set a test and provide court documents.

I have a website and a style which I like but would like this to stand out on its own as an 'added value' product.

I am not looking for a final brochure, as I have yet to write 75% of the content, but I am looking for a format, style and something that I can use as a template.

No mad panic to do the job but in the next week or so would be good.
