Brochure design, for a Real Room Escape game

Design details: We're looking to have a design created for a presentation brochure of a real room escape game (see http://obscuria.ro or http://obscuria.ro/en/ for details and attached business logo).

This brochure will be supplied to hotels, B&B's, local pubs etc. The target is the acquisition of new customers, mostly tourists, which means that the brochure needs to be very creative, so as to maximize the chances of our target audience picking one up and reading it.

Its format will be A4, tri-fold. Like in this example: http://medialoot-medialootinc.netdna-ssl.com/images/thumbs/800x518_Tri-Fold-Brochure-Mockup-2-Preview-1.jpg. Its content will be in two languages, but 80% of it in English.

We have the content for the brochure ready and will supply it, plus some specific details in regard to the design, to interested parties.

Additionally, the brochure needs to come in 3 variants, based on the graphics & text of the first and second pages, as we need to trial them and receive feedback, before printing the winning variant in large quantities.

We'd prefer a long-term relationship with a single designer for future work.

Preferred colors: Mixture of dark shades and images for background, with visible, vivid content colors (white, light orange, light green etc.), for high contrast.
