Brochure Design - 10-12 pages

I need a designer, to improve on the brochure we have currently. All images and copywriting text can be provided. If you can apply with an expected cost and timeframe.

I feel this is a simple task, although would only be keen in working with people who have a strict eye for detail as the brochure is to be client facing and for marketing purposes.

I would only like to hear from UK applications.
