Branded Proposal Document Require

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to create a branded sales proposal. We will supply all the text, but will be looking for someone to design the layout, source images and fotmat the text to fit with the design.

This document needs to be editable by a 'non-designer', so preferably design in word or power point so that the test can be edited.

These are the sections required for the document.
