Branded editable TV presentation for internal comms - asap!

Project overview

We are looking to create a visually engaging, on-brand internal presentation for A4G that will run as a looping video on office TV. The content should be easy to update monthly, so it must be built in an editable format (preferably Canva or PowerPoint with animations).

This is not client-facing in most cases, so it should feel professional but light, engaging, and slightly fun, reflecting A4G’s culture and values.

What we need

A designer to turn our structured content (provided) into:

A branded slide deck (16–18 slides)
Suitable for TV display / looping presentation
With subtle animations or transitions
Fully editable for monthly updates (text, names, dates, events, birthdays, etc.)
Built in Canva or PowerPoint

We want a format that allows us to:

Easily swap content monthly (birthdays, events, exam passes, referrals, etc.)
Keep consistent branding
Export as video or run as slideshow loop
Content structure (already written)

We will provide full slide copy, including:

Welcome slide
Company values (people, communication, collaboration, growth, accountability, relationships)
Client partnership messaging
Internal actions (referrals, Google reviews)
“8 needs & wants” service explanation (split across 2 slides)
Birthdays & staff celebrations (monthly updates required)
Exam passes / achievements
Upcoming events calendar
Compliment of the month
Closing statement

We want it to feel:

On-brand for a professional services firm
Clean, modern, and structured
Slightly warm and human (not corporate or dull)
Engaging enough for a TV loop without being distracting

Think:

Minimal but not boring
Light use of motion (fade/slide, subtle transitions)
Space for imagery (we will add staff photos and visuals)
Strong hierarchy for readability at distance

Consistent slide master design
Clear typography hierarchy
Image placeholders (for staff photos, group shots, etc.)
Easy-to-edit text boxes for recurring monthly updates
Designed for 16:9 landscape screen

Deliverables
