Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a B2B technology consultancy (enterprise software) preparing a full rebrand. We are looking for a professional visual identity designed from scratch: a complete logo system plus a well-structured brand book (brand guidelines) that our team can apply consistently across our website, documents and social media. The company name and further context will be shared with the selected freelancer.
Deliverables (full scope)
Logo system: primary horizontal logo (for the website header), standalone icon/symbol, positive and negative versions (for light and dark backgrounds), monochrome version, minimum sizes and clear space rules.
Favicon and app icons exported in standard sizes.
Color palette: primary, accent and neutral colors, with HEX and RGB codes and defined usage roles (web-first).
Typography: primary and secondary families, weights and hierarchy. Fonts must be open source (e.g., Google Fonts) or include a commercial and web license in our name.
Usage rules: correct and incorrect uses, with misuse examples.
Iconography and graphic pattern direction consistent with the identity.
Applications: website header, social media avatars and covers, email signature, and a simple document template.
Brand book: one well-designed PDF (the "playbook") containing everything above.
File formats: ALL logos and vector assets delivered in SVG (mandatory), plus PNG exports. Editable source files (AI or Figma) included.
Full copyright and IP transfer of the final artwork upon completion.
Nice to have: a short design tokens summary (colors, typography and spacing as variables) for our development team.
Brand direction
This identity is for a serious technology company whose audience is business owners and executives. It must convey reliability, precision and engineering quality: sober, confident and timeless. We do not want a playful startup look or generic tech cliches (circuits, swooshes, gradients for their own sake).
Process
We expect 2-3 initial concepts and at least 2 revision rounds on the selected concept. Scope and details will be clarified by message before any proposal is accepted.
How to apply (mandatory)
Start your proposal with the words "BRAND BOOK:" followed by a link or attachment to a brand guidelines document you personally created for a previous client. Proposals that do not start this way will be declined without review.
Your proposal must also include:
If your sample brand book does not contain some of the deliverables listed above, state clearly which ones are missing from it.
Your total price for the complete scope described here.
Estimated timeline.
A short description of your working process and creative methodology (how you research, conceptualize and iterate).
Portfolio link, if available.
Budget note
The indicative budget shown on this project is a placeholder. Please quote your real price for the complete scope described above.
