Bid/Proposal template creation, formatting, powerpoint slides

I run a bid management consultancy in Australia, and I'm looking for someone in the UK to assist us with bid template creation/design, formatting, layout and also some additional issues that arise with other types of pitches (powerpoint).
I'm looking to form an ongoing relationship with someone where there might be anywhere from 5-20 hours per week. We'll be looking for more than one individual to balance out the load, so it would be up to you how many hours you wanted to be available (and always flexible to suit current requirements/availability).
