Background - Water Ripple Effect

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can create a 'water ripple effect' similar to the image attached (ignore the red face immerging on the right as this was a screen grab from a video).

Its primary use will be as a background to images on our website but also used in PowerPoint presentations.

Requirement is to create:

x1 based on the colours from the attachment
x10 other colour variations based on our corporate colour pallet.

Output:
Please place the water ripple in the centre of the artboard, showling a full 360-degree of the ripple.

Dimensions:
Minimum of 4,000 by 4,000px
