Baby Clothes Designs For Printing For Babies

Who we’re looking to work with:

We’re looking with work with someone who has a history of creating fun and engaging content surrounding the children’s / baby industry. The designer should have a good concept of using shapes and colors in regards to baby’s fashion that must be demonstrable within their portfolio.

You must have a good understanding of English, western culture and humor, as the target market is within the United Kingdom.

You must be reliable, competent with all Abode Suits (or compatible) and work in a logical methodological way. Must be skilled at Photoshop Scripting. This will ensure that this can be done efficiently.

You must be able to follow the requirements of the project to the exact specifications and be honest when you do not understand aspects of it. You must be confident in asking questions before embarking on the work to ensure that the work is completed to an exceptional design standard, and that the naming conventions and organization match the requirements of the project as outlined.

Primary goal:

- To create beautiful, fun and engaging designs to bring joy to families that will be printed on a range of baby grows and t-shirts to expand our current collection of designs. These will all be printed on a white substrate. We will not print in white ink. We will only print in CMYK.

- Expand on the design colour variations for gender specific sales, age specific design, recipient specific design, and ensure that the designs are varied and unique.

- Organize the work in an effective way as outlined in the project specification. Naming the files and layers correctly. Putting the files in the correct folders.

- Good communication and open to ask questions in a clear and concise way.


Project specification Overview:

Summary:
We have conducted research into the market and sourced 89 core designs, which will multiply into hundreds based on color variations (pink, blue, etc), number (age) & letter (first letter of name) variations and also recipient variations (Mum, Dad, Auntie, etc). The designer should generate completely new designs, using their own drawings, shapes and artwork from their own library. The designer should NOT impose on any intellectual copyright, trademarks or infringements.

It will be up to the designer to work in a logical way to speed up the process of creating designs based on variant colors and recipients. This will come down to your expertise on Photoshop Scripting and layer management.
