Artwork for Gym Clothing Brand

I am looking for someone to design artwork that will be printed on the backs of T-shirts. It is for a gym Clothing Brand that will target mostly body builders and powerlifters. This will be on going work as I have a lot of design ideas. listed below is what I am looking for first:

1. For the back of the T-shirt I am looking for a kettlebell shaped like a skull with a dumbbell in its teeth. Style of traditional Old School tattoo art with the text 'Sleep When You're Dead' circling the image. the font would be in a sharp and jagged style.

2. Front of the T-shirt will have 'SWYD' to the left on breast pocket area and just underneath.
T-shirts will come in black or white so design has to accommodate both.
