We found the attached plan online and we really like a d we would like to get Architectural and structural drawings for it.
We are open to change/amendment in order to make the plan better.
We would like to make few changes.
1) Move the kitchen to the back and remove rear veranda.
2) completely close off the lounge.
3) Current kitchen and Dining room will then become family room.
4) Move the stairs to where the public toilet is or any other location you see fit.
