I need an architect or architectural draughtsman who is familiar with UK local authority Building Control regulations and UK construction methods to complete a set of drawings for building control. The design plans have already been completed and planning permission from Salford City Council has already been obtained. It is a 3 bed, 3 storey detached residence.
