Architect - 2nd Opinion and advice on design (and planning permission) for large deck and car port

We are looking for another pair of eyes

We have a landscape architect who has worked with us to design a replacement for our 100m2 deck and the addition of a double car port in front of the house (this is the only place it can go due to TPO)

The house is of a modern design and we'd like advice on how we can optimise the design to look great and get planning approval. We have 360o photographs of the design, 2d autocad files (pretty basic) and as many photogaphs of the house as you need.

Must be UK trained and experienced with the UK planning laws. We would work on a hourly rate
