Annotate drawings - Illustrator or InDesign

Design details: Re-create PDF, by placing images on Illustrator or Indesign pages and adding annotation as shown by the original PDF.

Basically - the original images were printed, then annotated by hand, scanned and turned into a PDF. However this PDF is not high enough resolution for the client. We therefore need you to remake the document by placing the images on the page and annotating. The NEW document must be layed out in the same way to the old, but be higher resolution and include no hand writing.

In total there are 44 drawings on 34 pages and around 100 annotations. Most pages have 1 drawings per page.

I have attached the ORIGINAL PDF, all the required DRAWINGS and the first 2 pages of the NEW document (.ai) as an example. I will accept the work either in Illustrator or InDesign.
