Affiliate banner design - static and moving/animated

We need some web affiliate banners designed. We need the same/similar design adapted to include similar information for a variety of sizes.
I have attached an example of affiliate adverts created by Amazon. They have a main banner design, with two smaller banner designs, at the side, adapted from that design.

What we will need:
Look and feel - clean, classy and vibrant. Please look at our website for inspiration https://www.ultimatedrinks.com/

Content - basic text, product images, we can guide you on this and will provide you with product images . We will be looking for creative input from you on the styling, backgrounds etc.

We don't mind if you use the same design, adapted, as the Amazon banners have done. The larger banners will be more eye catching and the smaller ones will be more simplified.
