Advert for a print colour publication to be used in magazine

I have a women’s/teens clothing shop in Stamford Hill we sell modest clothing . It does not have to be written modest I want to inform that sale is starting .
I need the advert for today togo to print I need the advert to state the sale that we will be holding in a hall
Clothing can only be shown in a sketch but not on women. message is up to 50% off a one day sale that will continue in the shop. Prev season @70 % off it’s a publication that lots advertise in so it has to stand out.
