Looking for an Ads Designer to Create High-Converting Image & Video Ads

We’re looking for a skilled ads designer to create high-performing image and video ads for FocusMe, a productivity software that helps users reclaim their time and break free from digital distractions.

What You’ll Do:
Image Ads: Design 5 variations using the same core layout but adapting headlines for different marketing angles.
Video Ads: Create 5 variations, keeping the main content the same but adjusting the first 2-3 seconds (hook) to match each marketing angle.
Engagement & Conversion Focus: Ensure creatives highlight the product’s features, benefits, and real user testimonials to drive results.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience designing ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
A strong portfolio of high-converting image and video ads.
Ability to adapt creatives for different marketing angles while keeping them visually compelling.
Experience with UGC-style video ads is a plus.
Resources & Guidelines:
We provide detailed creative strategy documents, customer testimonials, survey results, and brand assets to guide your work. Full access will be provided upon hiring.
