Adjust text layout on pre-designed project

This is the file.

I need you to make the text lines on the left hand side be evenly spaced . Same as right hand side.

I also need the line that begins “pilot project” (on the left) to be the same height as the email addresses on the right.

Easy job but I’m paying a lot because it’s very urgent
