Add Animated Confetti Overlay to Split-Screen Image

We have created a split sreen image for an instagram reel and am looking for someone to add a realistic, animated confetti effect to the image.

Requirments:
Add a joyful, colorful animated confetti overlay (confetti is the only moving part).

Blend the animation naturally so it looks like the confetti is falling from the top child to the bottom child.

Deliver the final result as a vertical MP4 video (1080x1920), ready to upload as an Instagram Reel.

Please provide or create the confetti animation (I do not have a confetti overlay).

Quick turnaround preferred.

Experience with motion graphics, social media content, or cinemagraphs is a plus.
