Add 3D map pins and improve my map.

See attached original map photo, and also see the property map, with 2D map pins, designed for my website.

I'm open to suggestions...
But, I want a new version of the property map. I want it to be in a very high gloss and with the 3D map pins to be made a shiny gloss gold, similar to example.

Please when you reply inform me of what you can do to make it eye catching and glossy and send any examples of map pins.
