Key requirements:
• Clean, premium, and professional design to reflect a trusted, modern property brand
• Must feel high-end but approachable – avoid corporate or overly minimalist styles
• UK-based audience: design should suit a British market and feel local, not Americanised
• Include space for headline, body copy, logo, and contact details (wording will be provided separately)
• Each card should work as part of a cohesive series but still feel distinct
• Must be print-ready with 3mm bleed and in CMYK format
