A5 Postcard leaflet design (x2)

Re-design of an A5 postcard we have been delivering advertising our services for painting and decorating. (Current file front & back attached). We want 2 different postcards

1) A re-design of the current A5 postcard for multiple drop campaigns. Just a fresh vision, colourful eye catching straight to the point. Will be printed the same on both sides of the card.
2) A different version which we can deliver by hand when we are working on a job to neighbouring houses. Advert on the front and a back stating something like "we are working nearby(with a space for us to write at No 54 etc) , we are sorry for any inconvenience or noise caused would you like to take this opportunity for us to quote on any work." So an advert but also providing information to neighbours what is happening. Exact wording to be discussed during project.
