A sharp template for a Microsoft word report

Hi i,

I work in the electrical industry in the UK. I regularly generate rather long word based reports. I need a new formal template that can be more pleasing to the eye than my current format.

I am looking for a snappy front page with my logo (i already have a logo)
I will need a table of contents
I will header and footer for the rest of the document excluding the front page with page number

If you can send me apples of similar documents, i will send a copy of one of my reports to see what you can come up with
