A portrait of my girlfriend and I

I want a portrait of me and my girlfriend so I can gift as a present for her for this Christmas. It must be done and in my hands by the 20th of December. In the image below I have a picture of what both of us look like. I'd like to have our portrait/faces be placed somewhere like a coffee shop in paris or somewhere in New York. The back ground must look really nice and whatever setting it is must be romantic-ish. If you can give me more of a jawline and make my face a little skinnier (This is a little outdated photo). As for our clothes, the ones in the top picture will do and the photo can have something like the bottom picture pose OR one where we are looking at each other.
