A A4 leaflet (single side) and a pull up (1.2m x 2m) design

I have an A4 leaflet (single side) and a pull-up (1.2m x 2m), two items that need design. It is for an education consultancy business.

Whatever software you use, I just need PDF files of the final confirmed version at the end.

It would be amazing if you can read Chinese since the content would be in Chinese (but not necessary).

I will send you some examples and you just need to design something similar.

If you can do it, can you please specify your availability, quote, and how many rounds of amendments you can provide? It would be nice to see some of your previous work examples (A4 leaflet and pull-up design).
