8ft x 2ft outdoor banner design.

After being messed around by the last designer who said he could manage this work, I am now having to re advertise.
The work is simple if you know what you are doing.
The wording must stand out, and you could use the boarder to help attract more people.
Communication is key and there’s the possibility of on going work. I have worked with two other designers for several years. The relationship failed when there became a problem with understanding what was needed.
I am a technophobe so please bear this in mind and I will need a pdf file which I can send to a printer, and the source file in case of any last minute changes.
