5 Football Event Banners

Overview
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create 5 professional banner designs for our football league and events. These designs will be used across multiple large-format displays, so they must be visually engaging, professional, and aligned with our brand.

This project is ideal for someone with experience in sports branding, event signage, and large-format print design.

Scope of Work

You will design the following 5 items using our existing logo and branding:

1. Main Feature Banner – 8 Metres (Primary Banner)
This is the most important design and will be highly visible.

Requirements:
• Strong football-themed, energetic, and engaging design
• Must reflect our brand identity clearly
• Designed to look excellent both in person and in photos
• Professional, modern, and impactful
• Suitable for outdoor mesh banner printing

2. Winners Banner (Photo Backdrop)

This banner will be used for winning teams’ photos.

Important: This banner uses the same dimensions and specifications as the floor pop-up banner, but requires its own unique design.

Requirements:
• Include our logo prominently
• Include “Winners” text or celebratory wording
• Must look premium and professional in photos
• Football-themed visual elements encouraged
• Designed specifically as a photo backdrop

3. Floor Pop-Up Banner (Pitch-Side Banner)

This banner uses the same physical dimensions and template as the Winners Banner, but requires a separate general branding design.

Requirements:
• Horizontal floor-level banner design
• Designed to be highly visible pitch-side
• Simple, bold, and professional
• Football-focused design
• No “Winners” text – general branding only
• Must look good in photos and video

4. Teardrop Drop Banner (1.7m Vertical Flag)

Requirements:
• Vertical format
• Clear logo visibility
• Simple but bold and professional
• Easily readable from distance
• Consistent with brand identity

5. Table Banner / Table Cover (1.8m)

Requirements:
• Clean, minimal, professional design
• Logo-focused
• Suitable for event tables and registration desks
• Less detailed than main banner

• Experience designing large-format print materials
• Strong sports/event branding experience preferred
• Use vector graphics where possible
• Correct print setup (CMYK colour mode, proper bleed, high resolution)
• Final artwork suitable for professional printing

Deliverables

Final files must include:
• Print-ready PDF files (CMYK, high resolution)
• Editable source files (AI, PSD, or equivalent)
• Vector format where possible
• Correct sizing and proportions for each banner
• Unlimited minor revisions until final approval
