45 x PDF's that need rebranding (from logo & info I will supply)

The general content will remain the same but every document needs to have;
1. the old logo removed and the new one put in it's place.
2. Change the fonts and colours to match the new brand.
3. Remove old footer and replace with new footer.

The 45 x documents are PDFs but can be opened in illustrator to make the changes.
New logo, footer and colour pallet will be supplied.
Finished documents need to be supplied back to me as PDF's.
Majority of documents are single page PDF's and handful are 2 page documents.
