4-page case study design

I need a designer who can turn my case study text into a professional-looking PDF. It will be approximately 4 pages, possibly 5.

Branding-wise it will be simple, my clients are in tech so it needs to be clean and impactful.

Looking for an ongoing relationship it the work is good.

If you have done case studies before, please attach them.

Timeline - ideally in the next 10 days.

I don't know what this costs so can be a little flexible on budget.
