Information for the business: tennis clubhouse refurbishment project

Design details: I have a very very rough sketch of a possible design to refurbish and extend an existing wooden tennis clubhouse.
I would like this drafted into a more presentable version that can be used to obtain approval from local authorities.
They require something that will fit onto the site in keeping with their village hall which is a Tudor design.

A simple outside view is all that is needs at the moment with a possible interior layout.

This is a very early exploration of possible designs so economy is the byword!
if the project goes ahead more detailed designs will be required
