Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Design of schematic, simulation in Proteus software, detailed engineering, PCB design in SMD/through holes types, , BOM list preparation, Micro controller code development etc. for complete design of a grid synchronized inverter. The input DC voltage of the inverter is varied from 24V DC to 400V DC. But the out put of the inverter is 3-Ph, 415V, 50Hz Ac suitable to operate in synchronized with grid. The freelancer needs to send all the design soft copy including Proteus simulation file and PCB Gerber files along with BOM list to us. We will verify the design by running Proteus simulation file here to reconfirm the design. After that, based on your BOM list we will procure the materials and start assemble of prototype product. During all these stage of work, the freelancer needs to support from offsite . The payment will be done in 4 milestone basis. 1st mile stone will be paid after receiving the Proteus simulation file along with schematic and micro controller codes and we will reconfirm by doing simulation and payment of 40% will release. 2nd milestone payment of 20% will release after receiving of BOM list including component manufacturing part number and DIGIKEY part no.. Then 3rd payment of 20% will be released after receiving PCB design Gerber file. Then final 20% will be release after completing the prototype model fabrication by us and the freelancer will support for the same.
