Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Required in the next 12 hours
I’m looking for a designer to format my two-page CV and one-page project appendix into a clean, modern layout suitable for print and digital use. This is a professional-level document with high information density, and it must remain fully editable in Adobe (text boxes, not flattened layers).
I have created the layout I want for the first two pages (main section) using tables. I need this to be replicated and neatened, as per below. The second part has only a rough layout and I'll take reccomendations on how to do this.
Two-page CV layout (main section):
Keep the current layout (left column for experience and highlights, right for narrative and context), but add print friendly greyscale shading to help with visual hierarchy. Where possible, adjust spacing. Each item must stay on the page and position it's in, but please consider if spacing can be adjusted for better readability.
One-page appendix (project summary):
This is currently spanning two pages because I do not have the design skills to condense the blocks- I need it to be on one page
Format as a structured appendix page, clearly labelled (e.g. “Citizens Advice – AI Strategy & Governance Projects”)
Use differentiated sections for each group of projects
Use shading, side bars or subtle section markers to organise blocks of content, but keep the style clean and consistent with the main CV
****Important: this project contains lots of text. Do not convert to image or flatten all content must remain selectable and editable as I will use Adobe later to make further edits. Final file must be a fully editable PDF****

Which Adobe software do you plan to use for future edits InDesign, Illustrator, or Acrobat Pro?
Are there any brand fonts or color constraints I should follow?

Would you like me to prepare a style guide for future updates?
What is your final use case print, digital PDF email, LinkedIn portfolio upload, etc.?
Are footnotes, links, or clickable sections required in the appendix?
