Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need 3 different IP network designs. Maybe one design with no VLANs and 2 other designs with VLANs.
The green box is the Core site.
The grey boxes are the Sub Core sites.
Ignore the yellow boxes.
The blue boxes are the "LAN".
Core site needs to be able to communicate with all of the Sub Core sites and directly connected to the 2 LAN sites below it and all of the LAN sites to the right.
Sub Core sites need to be able to connect to the Core site and their LAN sites.
LAN sites only need to communicate with their Sub Core site and the Core site.
I have a class B 10.10.0.0 /16 subnet to work with.
Each LAN site has the same 10 different networks/IP'd equipment.
Again, the LAN IPs/networks only need to communicate with their Sub Core site and the Core site (not the other LAN sites)
So basically every LAN will have the same type of devices, but do not need to communicate with those same devices on other LANs. The diagnostics networks are the only 2 that will connect to every router/switch.
Here are the different networks: (maybe 20 IPs needed for each one)
Phone
Diagnostics 1
Diagnostics 2
Radio 1
Radio 2
Radio 3
Radio 4
Radio 5
Radio 6
Radio 7
Radio 8
