Hi Roseanne, Before I start designing, I just want to make sure I build these Canva files in the way that helps you most long-term. When you’re editing the guides yourselves later, would you prefer layouts that are more structured and protected to keep everything on-brand, or layouts that are fully flexible for creative freedom?

I ask because “The best design isn’t the one that looks perfect today it’s the one that still looks right after it’s been edited.”

Do you want all three assets to follow one unified layout system (shared styles, reusable page templates, and consistent visual rhythm across guides and presentation), or should each guide have its own distinct structure while still staying within the same brand look?

Once I understand this, I can structure the Canva files so they truly serve you long-term

Will all written content be fully supplied for each guide and the presentation, or should I also help structure or lightly edit the content for flow and clarity during design?
