24-28 page A5 landscape booklet celebrating the Centenary of a Charity

Somerset Sight - sight loss Charity, based in Somerset is celebrating its Centenary in 2019. We would like a 24-28 page brochure designed to sell as a piece of charity merchandising showcasing the last 100 years.
This would be a full colour attractive and professional book with photos, timelines, stories etc throughout.
I need somebody creative who can take a few ideas from me but come up with your own and create something wonderful.

Being a charity we obviously have tight budgets and with the printing costs as well it needs to be worthwhile which is why im hunting for a generous offer on here.
