2 sided marketing flyer

I am looking for a Graphic Designer with marketing savvy to create dynamic and powerful 2 two sided 8 1/2" x 11" marketing flyer. I sell yearbooks to high schools in Canada and the USA. My company, FutureBook Yearbooks is the only company yo sell Bamboo paper yearbooks and plant one tree for every yearbook we sell. This is extremely important in our climate crisis, as millions of trees have been and will be cut down to supply virgin tree paper in yearbooks by the large yearbook companies. I need a striking dynamic two sided flyer to inform prospect schools of this incredible opportunity to stop using virgin tree paper and switch to bamboo. The attached flyer I created has too many words and lacks a dynamic attention getting message and design. I need help. I will be ordering a different flyer every 2 months, so I need a design that works for each mailing. This will help with our branding.
