16 page Professional Brochure Design

Would like to invite a designer to design a 16 page colour brochure for tourism / education marketing purpose. All text and photos related are ready, but need to use stock photos if necessary.
The final need to be in printer ready format also able to edit in future (acceptable format such as AI, photoshop, Pages etc)
The fixed price shall includes some amendments until final proof
All text will be in English
Ideally to complete the job by 21st Sept, 2015
